Ingredients

5 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine or bacon drippings
Preparation

Mix altogether, heat butter until hot.
Pour in mixture, when it begins to thicken around edges, reduce heat.
Lift edges as it cooks, with spatula or fork.
Increase heat to brown bottom. Loosen edges and fold in half.
