Maxcine'S Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small fryer, precooked and deboned (save broth)
    2 c. cooked rice
    celery, chopped and sauteed in 2 Tbsp. oleo
    green onion, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. peanuts
    dash of celery powder, garlic and turmeric
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add broth with it.
    Pour in casserole.
    Grated cheese may be added to top, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
