Chinese Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
2 medium onions, chopped
4 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (13 oz.) can chow mein noodles, crushed
2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Fry onions until light golden brown.
Beat eggs with milk or water.
Combine beef, onions, chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, chopped water chestnuts, eggs and crushed chow mein noodles.
Mix until well blended.
Fry balls in 1-inch of oil or broil in oven, turning once.
Make balls in shape of small walnut.
