Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen spinach
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In saucepan over medium-high heat, cook garlic and margarine for 3 minutes.
Add broth and tortellini.
Heat to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
Add spinach and tomatoes.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
