Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. carrots, sliced
    2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots in water until tender.
    Drain.
    Melt Velveeta and butter together.
    Mix with carrots.
    Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers or saltines over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbles.
