Ingredients

8 eggs
3 cans evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can water (use the condensed milk can)
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

Allow cheese to soften at room temperature, then beat until fluffy.
Add 1 egg at a time to cheese; beat well after each addition.
Combine evaporated milk and condensed milk with sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Add to cheese mix.
Beat well.
Carmelize sugar; sprinkle with water in pan.
Place in shallow pan; pour cheese mixture on top of carmelized sugar.
Place pan in a pan of water.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Enjoy!
Cool and turn over into a serving dish.
