Silver Fish Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. silver fish, frozen (from Oriental store)
    1 piece medium-sized tomato, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 piece medium-sized onion, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 finger-sized crushed ginger root
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 (0.7 oz.) pkg. Mama Sita Sinigang mix
Preparation
    Defrost silver fish, wash and drain very well.
    Put in deep cooking pan.
    Add tomato, onion, ginger root, cooking oil, soy sauce and Sinigang mix.
    Turn over lightly with wooden spoon to mix ingredients.
    Cook over moderate heat for about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and serve.
    Best eaten over hot steamed rice.
