Lemon Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chops or tenderloin
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
lemon slices
red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation

In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Drain grease.
Mix the water and catsup and put on chops.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Put sliced lemons on top of chops.
Cover and simmer, about 35 to 45 minutes until done.
