Cream Cheese Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 egg, separated
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Roll out one package crescent rolls to make rectangle in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Spread this mixture over rolls.
    Top with next package of crescent rolls.
    Using fork, mix egg white with 1 tablespoon water.
    Spread this over top of rolls.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
