Great Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 red potatoes, cut in chunks and boiled
    2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (dry)
Preparation
    Boil potato chunks (don't peel); drain.
    Place 1/2 potatoes in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with 1/2 of Italian dressing packet.
    Repeat with another layer of potatoes, butter and mix.
    Marinate 1 hour to overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Good warmed up!
