Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 -6 potatoes
1/2 c. chopped pickles, sweet or dill
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling water for 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain and cool.
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Combine potatoes, pickles, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over potato mixture.
Combine mayo and mustard stir in well. Chill well before serving.
