Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    8 level Tbsp. cocoa
    5 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and add to milk and vanilla.
    Put on stove and let come to a bol, but do not boil.
    Take off and add margarine.
    Store in an airtight container in refrigerator and reheat as needed.
    Serve over ice cream or yellow cake.
