Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet or hot sausage
    about 5 large potatoes
    5 or 6 finger peppers
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 or 2 fresh tomatoes, cut up
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in casserole and brown in oven at 375\u00b0. For the first hour, cover with lid or tinfoil; the last 1/2 hour, remove cover. Serves 6.
