Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1/2 c. water
    seasonings to your liking
    potatoes
    carrots
    onion
    cabbage
    green pepper
Preparation
    Put roast and water or beef broth in bottom of crock-pot and add seasonings. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, cabbage and green pepper.
