Crispy Low-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix lemon juice, garlic powder and egg whites, then dip chicken breasts in mixture.
Roll chicken breasts in corn flakes and place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
