Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
4 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage or 4 1/2 tsp. dried herbs of your choice
5 1/2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Cut them into thin slices, but not all the way through.
Put them in a baking dish and fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
Nice for a special dinner or company.
