Mashed Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 lb. carrots, chopped (1/2 bag mini carrots)
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place all in saucepan. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then simmer until all veggies are tender. Mash all together, then add 1 stick butter and enough warm milk to make soup consistency. If becomes too thin, add Potato Buds to thicken.
