Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Niblets corn
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
make your regular cornbread mix to spoon on top
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat.
Add soup, water, corn and chili powder. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Put this mixture in a casserole dish and spoon cornbread mixture on top.
Bake until cornbread is done.
