Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine egg, 1/3 cup pizza sauce and bread crumbs.
    Mix in meat.
    On foil, pat out beef mixture to a rectangle.
    In a small bowl, combine 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
    Spoon cheese mixture down the center of loaf.
    Use the foil to bring sides of beef together. Pinch and seal sides and edges of beef roll.
