Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oleo
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Shake a few potatoes at a time in bag to coat well.
    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in single layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn once during baking.
    Can sprinkle with parsley when done.
