Blender Spicy Apple Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. prepared fruit (about 3 lb. ripe apples and 2 c. water)
    7 1/2 c. (3 1/4 lb.) sugar
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. lemon juice (2 lemons)
    1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin
Preparation
    First, prepare the fruit.
    Peel, cut in eighths and core about 3 pounds fully ripe apples.
    Place 1/4 of the apples and 1/2 cup water in electric blender.
    Blend at high speed about 15 seconds. Repeat with remaining apples and water.
    Measure 5 cups into very large saucepan.
