Schinken Flecken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. broad noodles
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ham, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 small can mushrooms
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles; fry together ham, onion and green pepper.
    To noodles and ham mixture, add soup, cheese (reserve some to sprinkle on top), brown sugar, water, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
