Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Measure oats, nuts, vanilla and peanut butter and set aside. Bring sugar, milk, oleo and cocoa to boil.
Boil 1 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add oats, nuts, vanilla and peanut butter.
Beat until well blended.
Drop small amounts on greased cookie sheet or wax paper.
Makes about 30 to 32 cookies. Do not use instant oats.
