Pork Chops First Class - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    sage
    1 can onion soup
Preparation
    Make mixture of flour, salt, pepper and sage to taste.
    Roll pork chops in this mixture and brown in oil.
    After browning place the pork chops in a covered baking dish.
    To the pan drippings add several tbsp of the flour mixture; brown the flour mixture and add can of onion soup and one can water.
    Bring to boil.
    Pour over pork chops, then bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
    When done you have a delicious gravy for potatoes or rice.
