Texas Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except corn flakes and margarine. Use 3/4 of melted margarine and pour into bottom of 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Add ingredients to dish, then mix the remainder of margarine with the corn flakes.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
