Potato Stuffed Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 apples, prepared for baking
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. cream
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Preparation

Mix together mashed sweet potatoes, cream and egg yolk.
Add stiffly beaten egg white.
Fill apples with this mixture.
Place in pan with a little water and bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
