Clemons Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Spanish rice
    salt and pepper and any other seasoning you may want
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can red beans
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil; add ground chuck and brown.
    Add Spanish rice and part or all of the beans and seasonings.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add cheese and/or Fritos if you wish.
