French Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. diced apples
Preparation
    Peel and dice apples; set aside.
    Sift together the dry ingredients; set aside.
    Beat eggs and sugar and add oil and vanilla.
    Add half of flour mixture to egg mixture and mix well. Add remaining dry mixture and mix well.
    Stir in diced apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased tube or Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
