Bread Or Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Fermipan yeast
    4 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. vegetable oil or melted lard
    10 c. flour, approx. (to make a soft dough)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, yeast, and some flour.
    Add water, vinegar, and oil.
    Add more flour.
    Knead to make a dough that is soft and easy to work with.
    Let rise for 15 min.
    Punch down.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Form into buns.
    Let rise for 1 hour or until almost doubled.
    Bake at 400\u00b0F for 15 - 20 min.
