Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh ground chuck
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. good red wine
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion
    garlic powder
    3 bay leaves
    crushed basil leaves
    pepper
    parsley
    oregano
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown meat and chopped onion in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and wine.
    I don't measure the spices, just sprinkle over entire top of sauce. Add garlic powder, pepper, basil, parsley and oregano to taste.
    Add bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms.
    Bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer covered for 3 hours.
