No Name Nut Bar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 sticks softened oleo
1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. oleo
6 oz. (1 c.) butterscotch chips
2 to 3 c. canned salted nuts (cut up ahead of time)
Preparation

Mix
the
first
3
ingredients together.
Press into a jelly roll pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Melt the next
4 ingredients together.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Onto warm, baked mixture, pat 2 to 3 cups of cut up nuts (mixed is best). Spread boiled mixture over the entire mixture.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not overbake.
Loosen edges when warm, then cool and cut into squares.
