Sweet Potato Pone - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Pet milk
4 to 6 sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter (soft)
1 1/2 c. or more sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring or to taste
nutmeg, shake to taste
cinnamon, shake to taste
cloves, shake to taste

Preparation

Mash potatoes with butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time. Whip or beat well.
Add spices and flavoring (vanilla first). Bake in no crust dish until firm and brown on top at 400\u00b0.
