Frozen Cream Cheese Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. creamy low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat cottage cheese at high speed until smooth.
    Add sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Pour into 8 paper cupcake size liners. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
    To serve, remove from liners; turn onto serving dishes.
    Let stand for ten minutes.
    Top as desired.
    You may use chocolate sauce, strawberries, blueberries or cherries.
