Chicken Artichoke(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinned
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. paprika
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. artichoke hearts
1/2 lb. mushrooms, cut in half
2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. chicken broth
3 to 4 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Mix salt, pepper and paprika.
Rub into chicken breasts.
Brown in 4 tablespoons butter.
Put into casserole and place artichokes around chicken.
