Chinese Pork And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 bouillon cube
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked pork
Preparation
    Cook rice in hot oil until golden brown. Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and 1/4 cup more water if necessary.
    Cover tightly.
    Cook 10 minutes more.
    Makes 4 servings.
