Oven Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    12 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Combine salt, milk, pepper and flour. Put eggs into pan.
    Cook until creamy in a 250\u00b0 oven, stirring often.
    Lower temperature.
    May hold eggs up to 2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
