Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 dozen chicken wings, disjointed and tips removed
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. minced ginger
Preparation

Combine dressing, soy sauce and ginger.
Pour over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Place wings on broiler pan.
Broil 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
Brush occasionally with marinade.
Makes 36 appetizers.
Serving suggestion:
serve chicken wings with horseradish or sweet and sour sauce.
