Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 bay leaf
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Place steak cubes, onions and garlic into crock-pot.
Stir in flour to coat.
Add in all other ingredients, except sour cream; cover.
Cook on low heat 8 to 10 hours.
Add sour cream about 30 minutes before serving; stir well.
