Chicken And Rice Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Gallo Sauterne wine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    chicken, cut in eighths
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix soups, wine and water.
    Pour 1/2 mixture in baking dish.
    Spread rice evenly over it.
    Pour rest of mixture over rice.
    Lay chicken, skin side up, on top.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours.
