Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

2 c. crushed pineapple
24 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Drain pineapple; place in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix cheese, flour and sugar; sprinkle over pineapple.
Mix butter and Ritz crackers (crushed) together and spread over pineapple and cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
