Never Fail Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light brown sugar
    10 Tbsp. Pet milk
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    vanilla
    4x sugar
Preparation
    On top of stove, cook brown sugar, milk and butter for 3 minutes.
    Take off stove and add baking powder and vanilla.
    With mixer, while hot, start adding 4x sugar until the icing is just right.
