Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 c. water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift sugar and flour together in a bowl.
In a saucepan, bring oleo, cocoa, water and buttermilk to a rapid boil.
Pour over ingredients and mix well.
Blend in eggs, cinnamon, soda and vanilla.
Pour into greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Ice as soon as cake is out of oven while still hot.
