One Dish Microwave Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 to 6 chicken thighs
    1 medium potato, cubed
    2 carrots, diced
    2 small onions, diced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 stalk celery, diced
    salt to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a 6-quart covered casserole. Microwave on High for 30 minutes. Remove from microwave and turn chicken pieces over.
    Put back in microwave and microwave on High for 30 minutes more. Remove from microwave and add 1/3 of a bag of no egg noodles. Put back in microwave for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Ready to serve 4 to 6 people.
