Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 crust
1/2 c. onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. shortening
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
parsley flakes
Preparation

Take crust out of freezer.
Saute onions and mushrooms in shortening.
Put in crust.
Mix eggs, milk and cheese. Pour into crust over onion mixture.
Put chopped pecans and parsley flakes on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
