Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients and add the salmon and crumbs. Bake in greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch or 8 x 8 x 2- inch pan for one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with lemon wedges and cucumber twists (optional).
    Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
