Chocolate Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. mashed banana
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Place all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add bananas and eggs; stir just until blended. Spread evenly into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
