Lemon Filling For Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
2 lemons, grated
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add egg yolks, juice and grated rinds of lemons and water.
Cook over water until thick and add butter. Spread on cake.
