Pecan Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Blend 1
cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir
in
chopped
pecans and spoon into crust. Bake at 325\u00b0
for
20
minutes.
Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Spoon over top of pie. Return to
oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Garnish with pecan halves and chill.
