Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 (about 3 lb.) skinned chicken, cut up
    pepper to taste
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. no-cholesterol oil
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Season chicken with pepper.
    Combine all other ingredients. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chicken in a shallow pan.
    Cover with 1/3 sauce.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Turn and add more sauce.
    Bake 1 hour more and add remaining sauce.
    Watch carefully.
    If sauce brown too much, add a little water.
    Reduce heat to hold until chicken is done.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
