Chicken Sorrento - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, crushed
    3 cloves garlic, diced
    1/2 lb. Fontinelli cheese, sliced
    1 c. white wine
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    oregano
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    For Sauce:
    Heat 1/2 cup oil in large saucepan to hot.
    Add garlic; stir lightly and do not brown.
    Add mushrooms, parsley, pinch of oregano, 1/2 cup white wine and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cover; let simmer for 20 minutes.
